The Grantz Rewards Membership

The Hotel here refers to The Granite Luxury Hotel which is operated by M Summit 191 Sdn Bhd.

The Grantz Rewards Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. The Hotel reserves the right to grant or refuse Membership at its sole and absolute discretion. Membership will not be extended to corporations or other legal entities.

Membership enrolment can be made directly through the Hotel’s front desk or online at www.granitehotel.com.

There is no enrolment fee for The Grantz Rewards Membership.

Upon successful enrolment, Members will automatically become the 1st tier member or Junior Member.

A Membership number will be issued to newly enrolled Members.

The Grantz Rewards Membership cards are the property of the Hotel and a fee may be charged for replacing lost or damaged cards.

Members will only become Active Members of The Grantz Rewards Membership when they book a room at the Qualifying Room Rate at the Hotel within a 12-month period.

The Membership for Junior Member which has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months will be automatically terminated, if it is not re-activated through a qualifying stay within the inactive period.

The Membership for Elite Member which has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months will be automatically changed to that of a 1st tier member (Junior Member). Benefits, entitlement and qualifying nights for upgrade will be reset to those of a Junior Member.

The Membership for Luxe Member which has been inactive for a continuous period of 24 months will be automatically changed to that of a 2nd tier member (Elite Member). Benefits, entitlement and qualifying nights for upgrade will be reset to those of an Elite Member.

Applicants must carefully read the Terms and Conditions here before enroling in the Membership programme and the application will only be accepted if the applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. An applicant will be deemed to have agreed to the Terms and Conditions by submission of the enrolment form.

The Grantz Rewards Membership accumulative room nights, points, benefits and privileges have no monetary face value and may not be sold, bartered, transferred, exchanged for cash or otherwise by any means among Members or between a Member and a non-Member. Any accumulative room nights, points, benefits and privileges which are subject to an unauthorised sale, barter, transfer or exchange will be forfeited and the Members involved will have their Membership terminated. All of their benefits and privileges shall cease forthwith, and their accumulative room nights and points will be forfeited immediately.

Joint accounts and multiple enrolments by a single person are not allowed. A Member may only hold one Membership account at any time. If a Member inadvertently creates a duplicate account, the Hotel reserves the right to merge and consolidate the details of the Member into the Member’s earlier account. The Grantz Rewards Membership is not responsible for any loss of Member benefits and/or services due to duplication of Membership.

Members who wish to discontinue their Membership must provide written notice to the Hotel and return their Membership card, upon which all benefits and privileges of the Member shall cease, and all outstanding nights, points, benefits and privileges of such Member will become void.

The Hotel reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, and/or discontinue Membership rights and benefits, if the Hotel has reasonable grounds for suspecting, in its sole discretion, that a Member has: (i) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations; (ii) acted in a manner inconsistent with, breached or violated any of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) engaged in any fraudulent, dishonest or deceptive behavior, theft, misconduct, or wrongdoing in connection with his/her Membership account.

The Hotel reserves the right to terminate any Membership at its sole and absolute discretion, at which point all accumulative room nights, points, benefits and privileges will be cancelled. Such termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of the hotel.

Membership will end automatically upon the death of the Member and accumulative room nights and points earned but not redeemed at the time of death, as well as benefits and privileges will be cancelled. Membership does not constitute personal property and may not be bequeathed or otherwise treated as personal property.

All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right to modify the programme structure, benefits and other features, including these Terms and Conditions, or to discontinue The Grantz Rewards Membership at any time.
