Terms and Conditions

• This package will only be valid through direct booking. Website booking, WhatsApp Text, Calls etc.
• This package is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• The Weekday Suite Room Sales package is only available from Monday-Thursday.
• The rooms provided upon check in will be subjected to change if the room type aforementioned in the package has been fully booked.
• This package’s booking period is from Now until 31st August 2022.
• This package’s staying period is from Now until 31st March 2023.
• All confirmed purchases are strictly not allowed for cancellation, however, guests are allowed to modify the booking within a 72-hour notice, provided that the rooms are available on that day.
• The Suites includes with 1 King or 1 Queen or 2 Single bed and a sofa bed in the living area which can accommodates up to 3/4 persons.
• Any extra bed or sofa bed will be chargeable at MYR60nett per setup.
• This package doesn’t include Breakfast.

• Check-in time for the Hotel is 00 pm and the Check – out time is at 11.00am. Early check-in and late check-out are upon request with a minimal charge, subject to availability.
• 1 Free Car Park is provided for the Hotel Guest.
• A damage deposit of MYR200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
• There will be a surcharge during Peak Season and Super Peak Season.
• The management have the reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without any prior notice.
