1.    The guest must have a confirmed reservation booked online at www.thegranitehotel.com and must reference their confirmation number when submitting a claim. The claim must include a copy of the booking confirmation, a screenshot of the lower rate clearly showing all relevant details, and the URL of the website where the lower rate was found.

2.    The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of making the confirmed reservation.

3.    Both the original Granite Hotel online booking rate and the competing rate must be room-only, excluding any additional inclusions such as meals, transportation, or bundled services.

4.    The competing rate must exactly match the Granite Hotel booking in all aspects. This includes the same hotel (The Granite Luxury Hotel), the same room type and bed configuration, the same check-in and check-out dates, the same number of guests, and identical cancellation, deposit, and payment policies.

5.    The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:
•    Rates offered through partnership programs, credit card promotions, coupon deals, or other special promotional offers
•    Websites that bundle travel components (e.g., hotel + flight, hotel + car rental)
•    Unpublished or negotiated rates, including those for corporate, government, long-stay, travel agency, group, association, membership, or affinity program bookings.
•    Cases where the rate difference is less than 1%
•    Rates from websites where the hotel name or room type is not disclosed until after booking.

6.    The Granite Luxury Hotel reserves the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including verifying the availability and eligibility of the competing rate. In the event of any dispute, The Granite Luxury Hotel’s decision will be final.

7.    The hotel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Rate Guarantee, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.
